Lisa Ryan lives life with great curiosity and passion for health and fitness, both emotionally and physically. This devotion has led her to graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and since then practicing in downtown Vancouver.
In the summer of 2014 Lisa relocated her home to Port Moody in hopes of transitioning her massage therapy practice to the City of Arts as well.
Lisa implements focused and skilled techniques in deep tissue, neuromuscular treatment, joint manipulation, systemic deep tissue, and scar mobilization. As well, she has an enthusiasm for treating upper limb and pelvic issues such as TMJ dysfunction, TOS, and sciatica.
Knowing that everyone is different, Lisa enjoys working with the patient to learn from them, and also educate the patient about the effects on the body caused by life stress, diet, occupational ergonomics and postural dysfunction.
Lisa brings balance to her life during her down time by enjoying all that her cherished neighborhood has to offer. Be it on the trails or in the water at Rocky Point, clowning around with her two lovable goofs (husband Mike and their pet greyhound Toy), or fearlessly trying her hand at some new experience, Lisa makes the most of it all with joy in her heart and light in her eye.
