Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We will be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa, or MasterCard. We do not establish payment plans or extend credit.

Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency related to your practitioner’s field of practice during our regular office hours please call our office first. If the emergency is outside of our regular office hours please proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room.
