Self Stretching Series
Redefine what flexibility means to you……
This energizing series of stretches allows you to:
- Introduce your body to a new way of working out that is effective, challenging and fun
- Isolate and engage individual muscle groups helping to create a heightened connection and awareness throughout your body
- Learn to stretch with contracted muscle; creating a stronger, more stable and flexible body
Some traditional forms of stretching can over-stretch muscle leaving it vulnerable and weak – imagine constantly pulling at an elastic band, eventually the band will lose elasticity, tear or break. Stretching with contracted muscle will help you to experience greater gains in both strength and flexibility, while at the same time protecting your muscles and joints from unnecessary strain and injury.
Private sessions are available and are recommended for those with acute joint pain or mobility issues.
Maximum 6 participants per session. Classes held at PMIH.
Cost is $60.00 for 4 classes.
